We are looking for honest, energetic, hardworking individuals who are excited to work in a successful high paced restaurant at the entrance to Zion National Park. Qualified kitchen workers will have the opportunity to learn and share knowledge with an exciting team.
The positions we are looking to fill are Sou Chef and evening line cook. We average over 300 dinners from 5-10 pm nightly, so work is fast paced and strenuous, but also fun and fulfilling. In certain cases, housing is available. Hourly pay depends on experience and housing options but will be between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. The Sou Chef will receive housing and a salary ranging from $42-$48 thousand per year. Shifts are generally from 3 pm to 11 pm. We are fortunate because our restaurant sits on several acres of land, so during the Covid pandemic we are able to maintain full capacity by utilizing our indoor and outdoor spaces. This has allowed us to maintain pre-Covid numbers. Our team takes Covid seriously and we take all precautions to keep our staff and guests safe.Â
