Recruitment Manager

Location – Remote

Salary – £40k – £45k + Car Allowance

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team and work with a variety of our brands and support centre. The Recruitment Manager will be driven, personable and is strong at building relationships.

As the Recruitment Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine current and future business resource requirements.
• Work as part of a team to develop attraction and selection strategies to meet current and future business requirements, including online and offline sourcing methodologies, whilst monitoring spend and effectiveness
• Manage and review management vacancies and candidates across all restaurant brands
• Drive best recruitment practice within the business, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required
• Manage the ATS on a daily basis.

Knowledge & Skills required:

• Recruitment experience within hospitality or leisure industry would be beneficial but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of managing and developing selection processes and materials
