The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) are looking for an Education and Training Administrator to join the busy Education and Training department. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality administrative, customer service and logistical support in the delivery of the BCIs global Training and Education Programme for Certification, training courses and products.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of all training courses, including and not limited to:
  • Reviewing, approving with Head of Education and Training, scheduling, booking and tracking Training Partner/Corporate Partner courses.
  • Requesting and chasing rosters for uploading onto CRM.
  • Requesting future Training Partner delegate numbers.
  • Processing online-exam bookings and registrations and paper-based orders.
  • Marking exams, processing and despatching exam-results.
  • Raising, tracking and following-up on all invoices.
  • Dealing with all Education and Training related enquiries.
  • Managing SharePoint for allocation of training materials to Training Partners.
• Manage and oversee the education inbox and be the first port of call for telephone and email enquiries.
• Arranging virtual International and Regional Meetings for Training Partners. All associated administration including invites, preparing and circulating Agenda, managing action trackers, taking and circulating Minutes amongst others tasks.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably expected, and which are commensurate with the level of the post including supporting other departments within the BCI as necessary.

• Good standard of education
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with regards to data entry
• Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise
• Advanced IT skills including MS Software packages: Outlook, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Word, Teams and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the operational and business structures of a professional membership Institute and/or an education or training organisation will be an advantage

This role is remote based with a flexible approach to attending the office in Reading, as dictated by business needs and would be no more than twice a week.
