The responsibilities and duties of the Employee will be:

• Supporting the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team
• Collaborating with these teams to work on various accounting projects
• Performing reconciliations of accounts
• Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
• Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
• Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets
• Preparing data for tax return
• Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties
• Provide and perform such other duties within the limits of his professional competence in connection with the business carried on by the company as the company directs from time to time.

Our ideal candidate:

• Min. 2 year’s experience
• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedure
• High attention to details and exceptional communication skills
• Can-do attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel skills
