Job Summary/Objective:
Responsible for scheduling incoming online appointment requests in a timely manner, verify insurance benefits, enter insurance information correctly, assist with various call center duties including but not limited to; answering phones and reply to messages in an expeditious manner, route visitors in accordance with practice guidelines.

They reveal an overall consistent attendance and adherence to work schedules, office hours, and office demands, and abide to all company policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory duties assigned.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a hybrid/remote setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position, however due to department needs this can vary.
