The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
We recently implemented new Recruitment, HR and payroll systems. To provide on-going support the team as we embed these systems; we are currently looking for a HR Systems and Data Administrator (home based) on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The Role
Your role will be to provide administrative support to our HR team with the on-going configuration and implementation of our new Recruitment, HR and Payroll systems.
Whilst having system administration and/or HR/Payroll experience would be particularly helpful; it’s not essential. What’s more important for this role will be your ability to review data logically, accurately and in a timely manner and being confident using databases and excel.
Whilst the role will be based from home the successful candidate will need to be able to attend regular face to face meetings in the Gloucester/Bristol area.

Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal with sensitive data professionally and confidentially
