Are you experienced in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition? If you are a self-motivated and confident individual, we may just have the position for you! Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Exempt level roles in an Industrial/Manufacturing setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defines hiring needs with the business/hiring manager
• Sets expectations and plans for interviews
• Develops quality and effective postings
• Identifies effective sourcing strategies to support identifying and hire a diverse slate of candidates
• Provides regular updates to the hiring manager, and/or HR Business Partner as needed
• Uses solid judgment and thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Supports other recruiting team activities as assigned/needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years experience with recruiting / similar industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with Workday preferred
