The Atlantic Group Hiring for Contract Finance Manager Job at Boston, MA Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate financial projections for multiple functions within the Research and Development organization
• Review and compile key supporting documentation to ensure alignment with business partners and leadership
• Identify and communicate key risks and opportunities
• Support finance partners in tracking performance versus expectations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Work closely with finance and business partners to support the month-end close processes and assist in delivering accurate financial results
• Manage and coordinate key month end reporting to review with business partners to ensure financial targets are being achieved and business trends are clear
• Drive process improvements and simplifications across monthly close, long-range planning and budget processes
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in finance, accounting or related field
• 5+ years proven experience in a similar Financial Planning & Analysis role
• Expertise in Excel and Hyperion SmartView (or similar multi-dimensional/ad-hoc reporting tool)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, experience building financial models

Preferred Qualification:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial metrics
• Possesses a continuous improvement mindset, with flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry experience

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
