We are: a contingent accounting & finance recruiting team that is a division of a well-known and respected CFO consulting firm, CFO Selections, that has served the PNW for 20 years. Our service launched 1/1/2021 and we want to add a person who lives in Washington who has great knowledge of businesses in the greater Puget Sound. We are www.theaspteam.com/recruiting

This role is NOT:

– Selling to get a client

– 50+ cold calls per day

– 100% commission, nor draw with commission

– Recruiting across multiple functions (i.e. tech, sales, engineering, accounting)

– Dealing with internal politics or game-playing or competing against your peers

This role IS:

– A small team focused on great recruiting service for our clients

– Recruiting only for Accounting & Finance roles

– Many exclusive client relationships, meaning you can focus on serving clients “the right way”

You will be a fit IF:

– You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area (math, econ, etc.)

– Have worked in agency recruiting for at least a few years

– Love recruiting but don’t love “the grind” aspect

– Want to join a small team at a mid-sized firm and partner with very experienced recruiters

– You have exposure to accounting and finance through recruiting or work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
