The ASK Method Company Hiring for Online/ Digital Community Support Specialist at Remote Full Time

Inc. 500 Recognized Company Seeks an enthusiastic Online Community Support Specialist to join our Industry-Leading Digital Marketing Education, Training, & Software Company featured in Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur, and Forbes.

We are looking for a part-time Community Support Specialist to support our private online communities associated with our high ticket client offerings. You’ll be an extension of our brand voice in our communities to foster positivity, serve customer needs, share information, and encourage engagement and participation of our virtual live event communities.

This is a role you can really sink your teeth into, apply your current skills and learn new ones.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Being part of our Community Team during live and recorded events, including webinars, one-day and multi-day events
• Engaging with posts and comments in our student communities
• Interacting with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner
• Guiding students to the relevant resources during events
• Working with the Community Team to develop the Community Support Specialist role
• Supporting our Community Team as needed

Do You?

• Have experience of running and/or advising small businesses on their marketing and operations?
• Enjoy supporting students or clients?
• Love working in a fast-paced environment?
• Enjoy working remotely on digital platforms including Zoom, Slack and Facebook?
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
• Have a customer-centered mindset and ability to de-escalate challenging situations
• Have up to date knowledge of Facebook community group operations

• Work proactively with a “can do” attitude where no job is too big or too small?

• Work primarily during US Central Time zone hours with flexible days, evenings or weekend scheduling options.

Have You?

• Got at least 2 years of experience in an online service-based business and/or marketing business?
• Got experience of working remotely as part of a team?
• Supported clients and/or students through events and/or trainings? (Desirable, not essential)
• Managed or supported client engagement in Zoom Chat or Facebook Groups?
