You will play an integral role in the daily running of the accounts department, and provide financial management support and information to your fellow colleagues

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily cashiering and credit card reconciliations

• To investigate any credit card discrepancies or charge backs
• To assist the income auditor in completing their general duties
• Assist the accounts payable process by assisting the A/P to complete their tasks
• To assist the FM/DOF to reconcile the balance sheet by filing appropriately and providing relevant back up when needed

• To ensure effective communication within the department and with other departments.
