Purpose of the Role:
This role reports into and supports the Head of HR to provide an efficient and compliant HR service to the Ardonagh Specialty Platform.
You will develop, influence and support on a number of HR Projects and initiatives for the business, including M&A projects, employee relations issues, recruiting, processes and policy updates and issuance. You will also work to ensure our senior leadership / certified management population is compliant with the regulatory framework and that conduct rules are deeply embedded and followed diligently by all our employees.
This role will work closely with all Stakeholders, Resourcing, HR and L&D teams.
