The Ardonagh Group Hiring for HR Consultant – Home based Job at Remote Full Time

To support our continued growth we are looking for a motivated HR Consultant to join our team.

You will be an experienced HR Consultant with a commercial approach to people, supporting the delivery of the HR Strategy and implement people driven initiatives and programmes. This role will support the delivery of key HR projects, work with cyclical HR agendas and help align the business to our strategic goals. The role will be business facing, focused on building strong relationships with the managers to drive successful outcomes.

This role needs an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will work collaboratively with all of our teams. We are looking for a creative and approachable individual who is self-motivated to work across our partners. A exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships. You’ll need excellent organisational skills and the ability to focus on delivery of deadlines.

Key accountabilities include

• Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of the Strategic People Plan, owning specific activities, and interpreting the business strategy, Strategic People Plan and wider HR agenda in order to support Managers in managing their people
• Continuously analyse and report on HR MI to provide effective solutions and strategies to both the HR Business Partner and the business
• Maintain a good knowledge of the legal requirements, related to the day-to-day management of employees within the business, reducing legal risks, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, and most importantly enabling employee satisfaction and retention
• Deliver HR activity including performance management, talent management, succession planning, pay and bonus, absence monitoring and employee engagement surveys
• Manage Employee Relations issues and situations through in-depth analysis and evaluation
• Coach Managers to develop their people skills and work with Managers to improve the performance of their teams, driving the understanding and application of a consistent and fair performance management process
• Support the HR Business Partner with organisational design and change management activities
• Work with the HR Business Partner and other HR Centres of Excellence to deliver all TUPE and M&A activity

About you:

• Experienced HR consultant, ideally within a regulated environment
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and proven experience of implementing it practically
• Knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, talent management, employee relations, reward and operations
• Highly flexible and adaptable with proven experience of dealing with complex HR issues
• Able to use initiative and make sound, balanced HR decisions whilst implementing in a business focused manner
