Full Job Description
St. Joseph School Cockeysville is seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher for the 2023-24 School Year. This individual will serve as the faith-filled instructional leader for this classroom, including all duties and responsibilities of the classroom teacher. The classroom teacher will be responsible for all aspects of the class including collaborative planning with the grade partner, grading, classroom management, and communicating with families.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implementation of curriculum, including religion
- Assessment and grading including use of PowerSchool
- Classroom management and all duties assigned to this teacher
- Participation as part of faculty in all meetings and activities.
- Collaborating with school leadership and larger faculty to create positive culture throughout the building.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- MSDE Certified
- Knowledgeable in technology use and integration
- Practicing Catholic preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
