We are looking to fill full-time (35-40 hours per week), but also consider part-time positions (20 hours per week) in our Korea Town location.

Job Duties:

• Provide exception customer service to customers – making a difference in their day by discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Operate POS system as a cashier and process cash and card transactions
• Make quality bubble tea drinks

• Be able to memorize all the recipe provided to create the drinks
• Be able to prioritize tasks on a fast-paced environment
• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation and food quality
• Possible lifting of up to 25 kg

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven leadership skills, strong communication and ability to follow through
• Great customer service
• Fast food experience would be an asset
• Use good communication skills with all levels of management and crew
• Cash handling
• Available to work on AM and PM shifts/ Weekends/ Holidays as needed

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Food and Beverage Services: 1 year (Preferred)

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
