The Agency Worx is seeking an experienced internal Recruiter for our Fashion/Creative Freelance/Temp team!

Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify prospective candidates for all and any open job requisitions utilizing all and any sourcing methods which include but are not limited to: job boards, personal referrals, direct recruiting, advertising, meet ups and networking.
• Interview and collect assets/attributes from candidates to complete qualifying process and make effective and efficient referrals to open job requisition
• Enter and manage all candidate data details within CRM, including but not limited to: Formatting resume, artwork files, proper/precise skills coding, proper/precise written summary ready to be sent out to client.
• Work hand-in-hand with sales/business development team in order to effectively “account manage client relationships” and fulfill open job requisitions
• Support BD if need is requested to “send out” a candidate to a client with proper and appropriate introduction of who you are
• Responsible to send to candidate: client interview confirmation details for scheduled interviews and, start email confirmations for all placed candidates with appropriate and proper on-boarding information
• Responsible to ensure candidates are completed in Bullhorn with all proper on-boarding documents and corresponding identification
• Register and attend various job fairs and career events
• Post jobs on school career websites, social media, applicable job boards
• Make biweekly quality control calls and/or emails to placed candidates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years temp recruitment experience, preferably freelance and temp roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels, and the desire to partner closely with recruiters in order to positively impact the business
