What You’ll Be Doing:

– Clearly communicate with remote clients

– Complete work within budgeted time frame

– Import, categorize, and reconcile financial institution transactions in QBD and QBO

– Accrual and inventory tracking in QBD and QBO

– Prepare payroll filings and common state sales tax filings

– Review comparative financial statements for trends and discrepancies

– Identify and interpret relevant financial reports

– Prepare an amortization and reconcile loan accounts

– Manage team of Staff Accountants

What we are looking for:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a Tier 1 University

– CPA Candidate or Current CPA license

– 2+ years of recent public accounting experience overseeing the accounting of multiple clients

– Highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

– Experience preparing client compilations

– Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines

– Thrive working both independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
