We are on the search for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to ensure we are able to continue to efficiently and proactively meet business recruitment needs.
You will have extensive end to end volume/call centre recruitment experience with the ability to apply your strong market knowledge to explore innovative ways to engage and hire for our call centre workforce.
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE + benefits
Location: Remote (flexible working available)
Contract: Full Time/Permanent

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide senior strategic and operational recruitment support too all recruitment related activity across our Road Operations call centre workforce, meeting the requirements of our resource plan in line with department objectives. Key to this will be the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise direct recruitment activity, minimise recruitment costs and ensure we hire the very best talent in the market.
You will be responsible for delivering end to end campaign management, working with stakeholders to explore the best routes to market and working within the TA/HR function to continuously improve and optimise our processes inline with the ever changing market.
