Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Remote
Salary: £20,301 basic salary with an OTE up to £26,100 (pro-rata for part-time)
Contract: Part-time (14 hours per week), permanent
Shifts: 4 evenings a week Monday-Friday (6pm-8pm) and either an early (8am-2:30pm) or a late (1:30pm-8pm) shift on a Sunday – every Saturday off!

Are you looking for a part time opportunity, working only evenings and Sundays? We’re recruiting for Part Time Customer Service Advisors, working in a fast-paced environment and taking inbound calls from new customers who need our help when their vehicle has broken down. You’ll also support the customer with signing up for breakdown membership and offer them the right level of cover to match their needs.
You’ll be there for our customers when they need us the most, providing first-class customer service to keep our customers safe while on the road!
When you start, you’ll be given 5 weeks of comprehensive training. You’ll be working 22 hours per week during training:4 evenings a week, Monday-Thursday (4pm-8pm) and either an early (8am-2:30pm) or a late (1:30pm-8pm) training session on a Sunday.
Once you’ve completed the 5-week training period, you’ll be working 14 hours per week. You’ll work 4 evenings a week Monday-Friday (6pm-8pm) and either an early (8am-2:30pm) or a late (1:30pm-8pm) shift on a Sunday.
This is a remote role, so you’ll be working from home from day one. You’ll need a suitable working environment including your own desk and chair, a quiet space and a strong internet connection and we’ll provide the equipment you need ready for when you start.
You’ll need the resilience to speak to customers in challenging situations and the drive to deliver excellent customer service that keep our customers safe.
