Thames Water Utilites Hiring for Reward Business Partner at Reading Full Time

We are now recruiting for a Reward Business Partner which is an integral role within our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior Reward Advisor you will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations on a range of compensation and benefits matters and identify potential future opportunities. You will play a key role in the recommendation and running of the Reward programmes within Thames Water and provide advice and support in its transformation, working in a dedicated team to deliver projects in an ever-changing environment.

We’re looking for you to:
Have significant involvement with analysing reward approach and information within current Thames Water employee base, researching potential growth areas, identifying improvements and presenting recommendations to enhance the People and the business.

Manage and coordinate key elements of the Reward Transformation Project effectively

Provide First-hand knowledge of future and current reward and benefit trends that works successfully with the Thames Water ethos.

Coach and develop team members and contribute to the HR “Knowledge bank” to ensure that all learning and experiences are shared in the wider HR circle.

Become the lead on benefits communication, working with corporate communication teams and stakeholders to develop a creative communication strategy that enhances Thames Water workforce and continually build successful strong relationships with professional groups.

We’re looking for you to have:
An in-depth background in reward and benefits development and recent knowledge of reward and benefit principles.

Excellent experience in job evaluation, and project management experience

First class interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills.

Experience in contract management and advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills are essential.

We would love to hear from you if you have the above attributes and any knowledge of Power BI is helpful as is CIPD, GRP or any other HR accreditation, but these are not essential.
