About Our Role

You will be responsible for the attraction, sourcing and selection of great talent across our Engineering, Program Management, Finance, IT, Shared Services teams. You are passionate about recruitment and think out of the box to plan and execute your recruitment strategy – always looking to shake up the status quo!

• Manage the end to end recruitment process, working on c.25 roles at any one time. You’ll typically spend your time on more complex and senior roles within the organisation

• Provide thought leadership, competitor intelligence, advice and guidance to our managers on all aspects of Talent Acquisition

• Proactively source key talent directly from the market

• Work on key projects across the function: employer brand, assessment & selection, diversity & inclusion, Workday and much more.

About You

You are a technically strong recruiter, you have a natural get-up and go attitude, results-driven and understand that building strong stakeholder relationships and providing an extraordinary candidate experience is critical to your ability to successfully deliver.

• An experienced TA professional, you’ll have several years recruitment experience within an in-house/RPO environment

• Experience recruiting Engineering profiles

• Direct sourcing is your jam and you don’t waste time waiting for applications through job boards.

• You’ll be used to hiring for niche roles which need more than just great adverts, identifying, approaching and converting passive candidates in the market

• Strong relationship building skills, with the natural ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders

• Well organised, able to plan, prioritise and work at pace

• Tenacity to navigate through ambiguity and change and deliver results

• Experienced at conducting behavioural interviews, exposure to psychometric testing (Saville ) would be beneficial
