• Accountable for preparing for the 2023 Early Careers Talent Acquisition campaign. There will be a mixture of supporting the team with key operational initiatives to ensure that we have the requirements, people and resources to support future campaign and projects in relation to talent attraction and retention.
  • Support the Head of EC TA with a talent attraction strategy with local schools, universities and colleges as well as providers that can widen our reach
  • Support and set up a social media network within early careers and work alongside comms team to ensure EC social media strategy is in place
  • Work with the HRIS team on collecting and uploading 2023 campaign requirements
  • Support the Head of EC TA with design of future assessment and on boarding initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with placement managers and HR Shared Services team to ensure this year’s cohort are on boarded effectively.
  • Design and support induction week
  • Create job descriptions that are attractive and consult with managers on requirements
  • Support Head of EC TA with utilizing the Workday applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure an automated and effective candidate experience
  • Support in the design of the early careers induction week and additional candidate retention campaigns
• Create attraction campaigns to attract diverse talent, working alongside our social value team, maximizing partnerships with third parties and current suppliers
• Working closely with the wider Talent Learning & Culture function to ensure best practice assessment and selection methodology is consistently delivered by Talent Acquisition, and in line with industry gold standard

• Responsible for job boards utilized by early careers Talent Acquisition UK, monitoring the success of existing job boards, following industry trends and piloting new job boards

• Extensive experience of working in Early Careers Talent Acquisition in a variety of roles within global businesses
• Knowledgeable on HR & Talent Acquisition Systems
• Knowledge of early careers branding and social media campaigns
• Experience attracting and recruiting diverse, future talent that will develop on our programmes
• Experience with assessment designed and administration
• Knowledgeable in current Talent Acquisition best practice
• Experience in mentoring individuals
