We’re transforming our Talent Acquisition function and we are seeking an experienced Sourcing Partner to join our team. We’re looking for that unique individual who loves to find a needle in the talent haystack – a creative problem solver who is driven to find the right person for even the most challenging of positions. We’re looking for fresh ideas on how to get leads in remote areas. This person will source and recruit top talent for our highest priority and hardest-to-fill positions. This person will be empowered to build targeted sourcing plans for assigned roles and develop talent pipelines by leveraging multiple sourcing channels.

Your role

• Identify, attract and introduce Thales to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace by providing market intelligence, screening and evaluating candidates
• Evangelise data-driven recruiting techniques, tools and strategy while facilitating cross-team collaboration
• Uphold a focus on candidate experience, diversity and building long-term relationships
• Demonstrate speed and quality in attracting passive talent and recommend strategies in accelerate our hiring practices
• Effectively communicate with the internal recruiting and hiring management teams
• Develop a network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and hiring team to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Leverage the internet, including social and professional networking sites, market insights, and AI sourcing tools to identify and source candidates
• Provide complete, accurate and inspiring employment value proposition to potential candidates
• Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for frequently hired roles within assigned group or project

About you?

• In-house sourcing/recruiting experience OR experience in a research role at an executive search firm.
• Strong sales skills – ability to sell open roles and positively present to potential passive candidates
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive recruiting tools
• A natural ability to build relationships in person and over the phone
• Strong drive to meet and exceed goals
• Must be energetic and have the ability to maintain a sense of humour when faced with changes and challenges
• Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
• The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
