We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join our team and partner with our Protected Vehicles Business in Bendigo.

• Lead and manage the end to end recruitment process,

• You’ll typically spend your time recruiting for high volume, blue-collar and white-collar roles

• Proactively source key talent directly from the market

How About You?

• An experienced Talent Acquisition professional, you’ll have solid end to end recruitment experience in high volume, fast paced recruitment

• Strong relationship building skills, able to influence and manage key stakeholders

• Well organised, able to plan, prioritise and work at pace

• Tenacity to navigate through ambiguity and deliver results

• Experience in an in-house environment would be ideal
