We’re transforming our Talent Acquisition function and we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional ready to make a big splash!

About Our Role

As a member of the TA team you will be focussing on hiring our top talent, serving as a primary recruiting point of contact for a variety of teams (Engineering, Program Management, Finance, IT, Shared Services) and will have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our customers.

You will need to possess excellent consultation and partnership skills to consult our business and technical leaders. Your passion for technical recruitment will shine and have a track record of successfully delivering against the most difficult talent acquisition challenges and always looking to shake up the status quo!

• Partner closely with stakeholders on the recruiting process, educating them about talent market conditions;
• Manage the allocation, observe trends that could affect the ability to meet the demand, and create strategies to get back on track;
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire;
• Ensure we are consistent across the org with streamlining recruiting process;
• Utilise market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster;

About You

You have a natural get-up and go attitude, results-driven and understand that building strong stakeholder relationships and providing an extraordinary candidate/customer experience is critical to your ability to successfully deliver.

• In-house recruiting experience OR experience in a fast paced agency or search firm
• Strong sales skills – ability to sell open roles and positively present to potential passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for Software Eng, System Eng, Cyber Engineers or Solution Architects
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter
• A natural ability to build relationships in person and over the phone
• Strong drive to meet and exceed goals
• Must be energetic and have the ability to maintain a sense of humour when faced with changes and challenges
• Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
• The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
