About Your Role

The Protected Vehicles (PRV) business segment is founded on the development, production and support of Protected Vehicles.

Protected Vehicles are designed and manufactured in Bendigo, Victoria with the principal support facility located at Eagle Farm in Brisbane, Queensland (noting there are a number of satellite facilities in the network). Other functional activities occur in both Sydney and Melbourne offices.

The purpose of the Personal Assistant position is to provide a range of management level administrative and organisational support in an autonomous environment and coordinate the needs of the office.

Please note: this is a Job Share 2-day per week part-time role.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining the executive diary for the General Manager and Operations Director considering scheduled priorities
• Coordinate VIP, overseas or other visits and events
• Booking appointments and resources
• Assist with daily Obeya meetings as required by Production Manager
• Update site information via TV Monitors or All site email
• Collate and distribute meeting information and reports
• Coordinate employee awards
• Coordinate quarterly Open Forum meetings and presentation for GM to speak to all staff
• Order stationary and sundries for meeting rooms
• Planning and coordinating travel and accommodation requests
• General administrative support as required in a timely an accurate manner
• Attend meetings and take actions as required

How About You?

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent
• Previous Personal Assistant experience
• Strong capabilities in computer software including MS Suite
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise work and remain even-tempered
• Negotiation and problem solving skills
• At 5 years experience working with a senior manager
