Primary Job Function:
The Talent Development Manager will be a part of the Leadership Team within the Human Resources Department and will work closely with other Managers and Supervisors within the organization to support HR and Talent Development needs. Manage functions critical to the organization including training, contract negotiations, full-cycle recruiting, vendors, diversity, and employee engagement among others. Support and accomplish any and all work assignments as directed by upper management.
