Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support sales efforts. Create compelling email content, including copywriting, subject lines, and calls-to-action, to optimize open rates and click-through rates. Segment email lists based on audience demographics, preferences, and behavior for targeted and personalized campaigns. Design and implement email templates and layouts that align with the brand guidelines and optimize user experience. Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows to deliver timely and relevant messages to subscribers. Conduct A/B testing on email elements, such as subject lines, content variations, and send times, to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for campaign optimization. Maintain email marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in email marketing, email campaign management, or a similar role within the Sales & Operations industry. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, such as Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list segmentation, personalization, and automation. Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging email content. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret email metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
