The Digital Marketing Strategist is a cross-functional role that will require collaborating with colleagues within the marketing team, as well as across the organization, including designers, and the Executive Leadership team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Execute the company’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular s on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative teams, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital space.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and maximize return on investment.
• Take full responsibility for the brand’s website development and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective conversion funnels.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and optimize customer journey and user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Maintain a strong focus on analytics, leveraging data insights to continuously improve campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as data privacy and advertising standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation platforms, ecommerce platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Do You Have?

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years) in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across various digital channels.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
