We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide effective, efficient and accurate administrative support throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding new starters.

A key part of the role will be the candidate management, ensuring that our potential new hires have an amazing experience before they even join. Although it is just as important once they do join; making sure they are setup for success through effective onboarding processes.

Working closely with the Head of Resourcing, the Recruitment Administrator will work towards our direct recruitment targets and assist the Head of Resourcing in researching and working with social and specialist media platforms for effective external advertising when needed.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in recruitment administration, candidate management and onboarding would be desirable.
• Proven background in high volume role(s) is essential.
• Proven background in solid administration role(s) is essential.
• Experience working with a HR system or similar would be desirable.
• An organised approach meaning you are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working with ambiguity.
• A proactive approach.
• Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite, including excel.
• A positive attitude with a ‘can do’ team player approach.

The role will involve, but is not limited to the following:

• Effective and efficient management of group inbox.
• Ownership of new starter referencing programme.
• Management of new starter onboarding documents.
• Reporting recruitment performance using excel.
• Amending and posting vacancies.
• Screening and management of CVs.
• Assisting the team with adhoc recruitment support.
