TG Hiring for AP & AR Clerk Job at Denver, CO Full Time

We are searching for AP & AR Clerks with 2-3 years of experience on a 3-6 month contract that is fully remote. Here are the main job duties for each role:

AP Clerk:

  • Cash matching
  • Coding
  • Processing expenses – 100 internal expense reports/month
  • 200-250 invoices /month
  • Approval flows
  • Outreach to vendors
  • Systems used- Netsuite, bill.com, expensify
  • Advanced excel is a MUST

AR Clerk:

  • Cash matching
  • Collections scoping
  • Analysis of past due invoices and collection level
  • Resolving inquiries sent through zendesk
  • Systems: Netsuite, Bill.com, Stripe
  • Advanced Excel required (heavily relying on formulas)
  • 100-200 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Accounts payable or receivable: 2 years (Required)
