Brant Industrial Roll, a TF Warren company, is a custom industrial roll builder in Brantford, Ontario. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, interpret and respond to sales or customer product-related inquiries promptly
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Prepare job cards
• Assist in scheduling shipments
• Assist in general office duties

Physical Requirements:

• Previous experience in production and logistics
• Ability to read Bills of Lading and shipping/receiving documents
• Ability to stand/sit for 4 hours at time
• Good Computer skills
• Basic knowledge of steel products is an asset
