Texas Specialty Sands, LLC Hiring for IT Operations Specialist at Odessa, TX Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Position to be based in WTX ing to CIO

· Occasional travel to other TSS offices in Ft Worth, TX and PA

· Expected to be on-site at the TSS Odessa facility M-F. After-hours/weekend support on a rotational basis.

· Primary responsibility for phone/laptop configuration, deployments for WTX personnel

· Day-to-day support of basic IT needs of WTX personnel (computers, phones, networking, Zoom rooms, etc)

· Assist with creating IT-related training materials

· Supplement field e-techs for on-site (Odessa facility) configuration of networking related projects/issues (satellite trailers, mesh wi-fi systems, etc)

· Coordinate with Ft Worth-based counterpart on general technical support and forward-looking projects/initiatives

· Proactive, self-directed problem-solver

· Willing & eager to learn

· Ability to prioritize, problem solve and efficiently manage a high volume of tasks; must be flexible and adapt to priority changes

· Requires knowledge of IP networking/routing, O365/Azure administration, network security principles, etc.

· All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
