With this continual growth, we are looking for a driven and energetic Talent Acquisition Manager (“TAM”) to join our winning team!
As a TAM, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will lead the effort for recruiting and hiring processes within multiple lines of business’ while creating strategic hiring plans focused on innovative ways to reach diverse talent in the Greater DFW area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build the TSB brand that drives gravity in our current market, attracts top talent, and facilitates a culture of champions.

* Design, plan, and, execute selection processes. ( Conduct interviews, screening, and assessments)

* Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee forecasting.

* Collaborate with TSB Hiring Managers to form cohesiveness throughout the recruiting process.

* Develop and utilize behavior-based questions to address the 5 C’s of hiring: Character, Calling, Competence, Chemistry, and Contribution, and variances within the PDP Global ProScan behavioral assessments.

* Partner with Human Resources Leadership with Onboarding and Succession Planning to retain Top Talent.

* Implement best-in-class onboarding programs by creating clearly written job descriptions that include key performance indicators on all new hires.

* Develop a training schedule to include calendar of meetings to review clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

* Perform a strategic and meaningful 90-day performance review on all new hires.

* Create development programs to address key training needs. (e.g., credit training)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
