Great FULLY REMOTE opportunity to work for a growing company in the healthcare industry looking to IPO in 1-2 years!!! Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Senior Level Accountant!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller to provide timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain the general ledger and assist with accounts receivable and payables. Intermediate Excel skills are desired to be able to manipulate financial data to provide meaningful analysis of financial results. The role will work closely with the Controller and CFO (both former Big4 professionals) to develop the disciplines and processes desired to grow the company. High impact and high visibility role for a self-starter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Auditing
• Be working on or have completed requirements for CPA license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in public accounting (Sr. Acct) 4-6 years for (Manager)

PREFERENCES:

Ideal candidate will be a CPA with some public accounting and audit experience. Be able to manage their own time and schedule, not needing to be micromanaged. Because remote candidate must be ok with being managed without lots of supervision. If manager level has experience managing teams and deadlines. Someone with good knowledge in technical accounting principles. Good prioritization skills as this will mostly be task related assignments given by the controller from week to week.
