Tetra Tech Inc. Is currently seeking a HAF Training Curriculum Developer/Trainer with curriculum development and training experience on a funded program from the Treasury Department. This homeowner assistance fund program helps homeowners when they have fallen out of financial stability because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The successful candidates will function as Instructional designer/developer for digital learning programs developed internally using a variety of development platforms.

General Responsibilities:

· Act as Instructional designer guiding all parties on the best-in-class digital learning solutions that consider the learning objectives and audiences

· Keep up to date on global digital learning guidelines, ensuring that all published digital learning delivers a quality ‘Tetra Tech Learning’ experience

· Keeping abreast on the newest technologies for digital and adaptive/personalized learning and drive innovation and creativity within web-based learning programs.

· Work with subject matter experts to design quality web-based learning programs, using Development software, and in line with Tetra Tech standards

· Partner with the planning team and other learning professionals on special projects as needed for TDR

Qualifications:

· Strong instructional design capabilities with a particular focus on creating measurable learning objectives

· Strong training and presentation skills

· Proven ability to design and develop large and complex web-based training programs using a variety of development/authoring tools

· Ability to distill complex topics into memorable digital learning experiences

· Excellent advisory and consultative skills with all levels of stakeholders from SMEs to MDs

· Collaborative team player who values creativity and diverse perspectives

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and operate at high standards of quality within tight timeframes

· Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; be resilient and flexible; and be proactive at overcoming anticipated barriers to learning solutions

· Proven track record of delivery and achievement. Ensures high quality outcomes are delivered within committed timelines.

· A desire to continuously evolve learning design by using next-generation development platforms such as Area9 Rhapsode (upskilling will be supported by Citi) Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5+ years experience in Digital Learning and Instructional Design and training

· Strong instructional design capabilities with deep knowledge of Digital Learning Development Platforms

· Bi-lingual is an advantage.

· Project management skills and proven ability to manage large-scale training programs
