Tetra Tech’s Disaster Response Division is currently seeking a Recruiter to work with our Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site, high-volume recruiting activities.

Job responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for enhancing the Talent Acquisition team’s ability to rapidly target, identify, source and present the most talented candidates.
• Posting recruiting ads on Indeed, craigslist, Taleo etc.
• Utilizes candidate databases and recruitment tools to proactively identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply for open positions, including cold-calling.
• Partner with hiring to proactively identify candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring teams and leverage their networks to generate diverse candidate pools
• Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reason.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will:

• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience
• Extensive knowledge of cold calling, networking and internet research techniques
• Must be able to work weekends, 6 days weekly for 10-12 hours a day.
• Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases,
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and customer focus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; set priorities and plan work to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
• Strong computer application skills
