Future Talent – HR Analytics, Sourcing & Branding
This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. This position is a unique opportunity to be part of the HR Shared Service where you will develop a holistic understanding of all HR functions. You will be able to work with internal and external market data to complete analysis, understand market trends, HR best-practices and be able to build a solid strategy for branding, social media, sourcing and talent retention across different countries within the America´s region. You will be key to help us drive HR decisions and have the opportunity to work along with dynamic, diverse, inclusive and innovative teams.
The position is a Full time- Permanent role.
The program starts on July 11, 2022.
The position is based in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

What you will do
As a Future Talent – HR Analytics, Sourcing & Branding, you will learn to:
· Analyze internal HR metrics and statistics from a variety of sources to implement solutions for different areas including talent retention, sourcing, branding and social media.
· Based on information provided and external market research, be able to propose customized sourcing strategies for talent acquisition, branding and pipelining across different markets.
· Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
· Participate in employer brand projects to assist in the creation of new marketing strategies for recruitment to meet our social media initiatives and achieve our Talent Acquisition goals.
Who you are
We believe you have:
· Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree/ Bachelor’s in Science in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Human Resources or related field. Graduation date between May 2020 and June 2022
· Previous internships in data analytics and/or marketing related is a plus
· Able to capture the current and foresee requirements for areas of expertise
· Passionate about data and insights, self-motivated and proactive, curious with great attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of internal customers at different levels
· Ability to use and learn data tools software (e.g., Power BI, SuccessFactors, SAP, LinkedIn reporting systems etc.)
· Experience working with MS Office tools. Advance Excel a plus
