We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive our growth to new heights.
Key Roles :
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Tesseon, you will be responsible for the following key roles :
Develop and execute a comprehensive, strategically aligned demand generation marketing plan, including the creation, implementation, and measurement of marketing initiatives.
Develop, deploy, maintain, and on omni-channel lead generation initiatives customized to support our established marketing objectives and strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand Awareness departments, to ensure effective customer targeting in each campaign.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technological breakthroughs in advertising and demand generation, leveraging insights to identify and seize emerging opportunities for corporate growth.
Minimum Qualifications :
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a demand generation role, ideally within the software or technology industry. Experience in the HRIS or B2B SaaS sector is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing omni-channel lead generation campaigns, meeting or exceeding lead and sales targets.
Extensive experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, data analysis, and ing to track campaign performance and ROI.
Excellent knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, innovative technologies, and marketing platforms.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales and other departments.
Previous work experience in a fast-paced startup environment would be beneficial.
Measurables :
Achieve the assigned monthly lead generation targets as per the annual budget and sales projections.
Deliver a monthly review of campaign results with action plans for the next months.
Manage to keep costs within the allocated budget.

Project Management : Superior organizational and project management abilities to lead multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Strategic Thinking and Analysis : The ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company’s targets and objectives.
Marketing Expertise : Profound knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation techniques, marketing automation and CRM tools, use of SEO and SEM, campaign creation, and content marketing.
Communication and Presentation Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey marketing objectives and results to stakeholders.
