Experience

· 2-4 year’s experience in a Staffing Agency

· 1 Year Recruiting

· Understands Business Development

· Understands Pipelining

· Has an example of a sales process breakdown

· Has the examples of their ability to change buying behavior over time

Responsibilities

· Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external; serving as a liaison between key stakeholders and programs.

· Communicate proactively management and all stakeholders.

· Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication initiatives meet objectives.

· Define, track and maintain budgets while ensuring cost saving measures; understand implications on general business management.

· Evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Experience level:

• 2 years

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Completion bonus

• Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel
