Who We Are:

We’re an eCommerce agency specializing in the Amazon channel. We work primarily with medium-to-large consumer products companies in the US and Canada. Verticals we operate in include: outdoor apparel, athletic apparel, pet treats, spices & herbs, skincare, beard products, diaper bags, and more.

We have a main office in Torrance, CA (Greater Los Angeles area), and a fulfillment center there too. But our nearly 30 team members span the US and globe:

• In the US, we have team members in California, Colorado, Tennessee, Virginia, and Pennsylvania
• Outside the US, we have teams in the Philippines and Romania, and team members in the Ukraine and Serbia.

Who We Need:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, personable Strategic Account Manager.

This is a hybrid role, and excellent communication and organization are critical.

Specific Accountabilities, Skills, and Responsibilities:

The Strategic Account Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, and will be responsible for managing the client relationship.

Key accountabilities include:

• Account and project management
• Being the primary presenter and question answerer
• Account strategy and implementation
• Client satisfaction and retention

Skills and responsibilities include:

• You need to have a proven track record in client account management and account management in the e-commerce industry, specifically on Amazon
• You need to be deeply familiar with eCommerce, and have experience with product catalogs, advertising, fulfillment, demand planning, account health, and more
• You need to be able to track and analyze data. It’s at the heart of everything we do. That also means you’ll need to like working with spreadsheets, and crunching data
• You’ll need to like and work well with clients, and with internal staff. Strong interpersonal skills are critical
• You’ll need to be good at management projects, and delivering them to clients on time
• We strive to up-skill both our client and internal teams, you’ll need to be passionate about both learning, and sharing with you learn
• A great sense of humor, and an ability to laugh at yourself

Education/ Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years working in account management
• 2+ years experience working in the Amazon space

Salary Range:

$75,000 – $110,000 per year
