Tesla’s cell engineering team is looking for a highly motivated engineering technician to work on prototype cell fabrication and characterization for material and electrode qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work on electrode preparation such as cut, clean, drying and measurement for prototype cell build
• Fabricate prototype cell for electrochemical testing and characterization
• Conduct analytical characterization of electrode and cell
• Record and document measurement for electrode and cell built as well as electrochemical results

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in R&D oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and detailed documentation ability
• Able to execute multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
• Ability to understand and execute work instructions and SOPs
• Team oriented attitude

Expected Compensation

$23.18 – $62.13 / hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
