What to Expect
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the team and help support our Engineering Groups. This role partners closely with the business and recruiters to identify, attract, assess, and hire exceptional people. Our recruiting organization is global and includes highly collaborative teams of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, recruiting operations professionals and other specialist groups. We value innovation and creativity and constantly seek new ways to improve the recruiting experience.
What You’ll Do

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and influence the approach to engaging talent
- Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to the top of funnel recruiting pipeline, including but not limited to: sourcing, talent mapping and creative messaging
- Allocate your time and resources effectively and keep your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
- Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Be an advocate for Tesla’s mission of accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy and represent our engineering teams thoroughly
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Work on-site at any of our factories (CA/NV/NY/TX), preferably Giga Nevada, interacting regularly with recruiting partners and business stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Strong sourcing experience with the ability to efficiently manage an average of 15+ requisitions
- 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably from both a corporate and agency environment
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
- Proven success leveraging data to influence hiring managers to hire efficiently and effectively
- An obsession with tan excellent candidate experience, faithfully representing Tesla and its many engineering disciplines
- The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion – balancing efficiency with quality
- A solutions-oriented mindset, leaning into candor and courage to point out where processes and practices may have room for improvement
- Daily onsite presence at one of Tesla’s factories
