The main responsibilities of the role are;

• Assist with administration duties and our update our new CRM system to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR to define selection criteria and plan recruit methods accordingly for specific vacancies
• Effectively manage multiple candidate pipelines through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Proactively contact candidates who fit the job criteria and provide an engaging platform to discuss opportunities at Terumo
• Maintain positive candidate experience by engaging with talent pools to create a continuous pipeline

The successful candidate will possess;

• Previous recruitment experience ideally within a high-volume manufacturing background
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Resilient and proactive individual
• Good administration skills and comfortable on MS packages
