The Role:

The Business Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and Business Development in Naked and works with the Head of Production and Production Executives providing vital support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the production business.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Maintaining staffing and production schedules across Naked, to help the leadership team effectively plan and track the availability of staff and freelance talent across productions
• Support the onboarding of new team members ensuring full organisation of required system access and training on these systems
• Designing, implementing and managing a Naked induction and onboarding process
• Processing of freelance contracts for the Development team and managing POs across the department
• Providing regular data to management including information on KPIs, production updates, headcount reporting
• Maintaining key documents like the Production Management Bible
• Work with the Director of Production & Head of Production to plan Talent & Production Management forums across the year, including booking guest speakers and arranging masterclasses
• Support the arranging of events to celebrate Naked’s content
• Ensuring legal compliance by ensuring right to work checks are carried out in a timely manner
• Working closely with the DOR and HOP suggest and manage continual improvements of business processes within Naked
• Super user responsibility for the Contract Requisition System and provide support to the production management team with drafting contracts in busy times when required
• Responsible for ensuring email and access lists are kept up to date with joiners and leavers and responsibility for ensuring emergency contact details are up to date for all staff and freelancers
• Supporting the talent function including filtering CV’s and shortlisting talent for Naked production roles

The successful candidate:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills are required along with strong team-working abilities and the capacity to remain calm, focused and accurate under pressure
• Excellent communication skills are essential, as are numerical skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
• This is a busy role with conflicting priorities, so it’s important you can demonstrate resilience and flexibility in your approach to work and an awareness of the production process; the deadlines and timescales that production teams face, is essential
• Capable of preparing documents and presentations for senior executives
• Ability to confidently interact with colleagues at all levels
• Competent in Microsoft office packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience of television production is essential
