Terraprobe Inc. Hiring for Administrative Assistant (PT) at Brampton, ON Full Time

Terraprobe Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant (12 month contract) to join our team in our BRAMPTON office. Responsibilities:

• Open new projects and create hard copy folders
• Type reports and scopes of work
• Follow up with Project Coordinators when task completed
• Filing for multiple projects
• Data entry
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-years experience in an administrative role
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Adobe, Google Calendar and Excel
• Ability to learn various software platforms (accounting and time-sheet)
• Very detailed, accurate proofreading skills
• High level is written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
• Be a team player as well the ability to work independently
• Punctuality and dependability are required
