A well-known local world-class non-profit research and healthcare organization in Downtown Seattle is looking for temporary Customer Service Representative to provide support with an influx of phone inquiries for the compliance team. This is an open ended temporary assignment
The Customer Service Representative supports the team by answering inbound inquiries through a script or flow chart, managing the voicemail inbox and providing excellent administrative support and customer service to the compliance team.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties
You will be successful in this role if you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Pay: $23/hr – get paid weekly!
Work Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
