Job Description:

We are looking for a customer service person to be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, replying to social media questions, voicemails and website inquiries, general customer related communication, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents. You need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is highly valued. Knowledgeable of social media a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications

2-3 years experience Customer Service

• Answering phone calls
• Responding to email, voice mail and social media posts
• Managing filing system
• Recording information as needed
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Schedule and pay:

Monday -Friday

16 – 20 hours per week

Hours: 9am – 1pm. or 12pm – 4pm (hours are flexible)

$25 per hour
