TERNO ENGINEERING is Looking for Reception/Administrative Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist all visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by staff members
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and able to work independently when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
