Terminix UK Hiring for HR and Payroll Data Administrator at Gloucestershire Full Time

Terminix UK are looking for a motivated individual with great attentionto detail, who is organised and accurate in their work practices, to join theteam on a permanent basis. You do not need to have payroll experience; howeveryou should have a desire to work within a payroll and data environment. Youwill need to have strong IT and data entry skills, to act as the main go toperson within the organisation for uploading content and entering data onto theHR & Payroll systems. We are looking for someone who can identify discrepanciesand is confident to raise/challenge any issues found. This is an opportunity toundertake a demanding key role, in an exciting and growing organisation andfull training will be provided. This role also provides the benefit offlexibility as we operate a hybrid working model, so adaptability andindependent working is essential. Whilst this role allows for homeworking, thesuccessful candidate will need to be willing to travel to our Gloucesteroffice, when required.

Responsibilities

• Entering new data and maintaining data continuity between HR andpayroll systems
• Produce audits of existing data, identify gaps and correct,irregularities
• Extracting data to generate reports
• Troubleshoot new system configuration and changes, with testing ofdata input and output, recording results.
• Review data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projectsin order of importance.
• Archiving data that is out-of-date or obsolete
• Gathering, collating and inputting, monthly payroll data
• Maintaining employee confidence, by keeping information confidentialand secure, whilst ensuring all activities are in compliance with, UK GDPR
• Managing data relating to employee benefits
• Calculating bonus and commission payments
• Ad hoc administrative duties such as assisting with recruitmentactivity and chasing new joiner information
• Provide support to the wider HR team as required.

Its essential that you have;

• Quick and accurate data inputting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise projects.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills
• Organised with ability to work to deadlines
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of the data protection act and necessary processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, in alldealings and correspondence

Desirable

• Previous experience of processing HR/Payroll data
• Experience of working with HR and Payroll systems/payroll bureau
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and theaccurate use of VLOOKUPS etc to merge data
